Who we are

The Philippine Veterinary Medical Association ("PVMA") operates this members portal. We are the personal information controller for the data described below, as defined by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

Account and contact details you provide during registration and in your profile: name, email address, phone number, address, profile photo, membership category, chapter, and PRC licence number. We also record technical information needed to keep the portal secure, including sign-in times, IP addresses, and browser details.

Why we collect it

To verify that portal members are legitimate veterinary professionals or establishments, to operate your account, to communicate service and membership information, and to protect the portal against unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Registration records that are declined are retained as part of our security audit trail.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, object to processing, request erasure, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You can update most details yourself from your profile page. For other requests, contact us using the details below.
